Step 1: Contact us to receive return authorization and instructions.
Step 2: Print the Returns Slip and the Shipping Label received from NutritionWholesalers.com
Step 3: Include the Returns Slip inside the box and affix the Shipping Label to the box once appropriately packed and sealed.
Step 4: Ship package to us using the designated shipping method that will be provided in Step 1.
Step 5: Allow 5-10 days after we receive your return for processing of your refund.
Step 6: Verify your refund details in the received email confirmation once the refund is processed.
For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired item(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new order.
For bulk orders and orders of large quantities we ask that you contact us regarding the possibility of returning an entire order made in large quantities. Most bulk orders are non-refundable.
