Can I return an item I purchased on this web site?
Yes, please call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened in order to receive credit. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. We DO NOT issue refunds on opened merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Shipping charges are not returned. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
