i have been a fan of the muscletech line for a few eyars ever since i started training for competitions. I couldn't imagine how any product could do what was said about aplodan in the ads, but i decided to try it out and i have thankfully been proven wrong, cuz this stuff definitely works. It didn't take long and i noticed big gains in areas i was stuck, or progress where progress had been slow. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to stand by it along with their other products that i was already taking (gakic, leukic, creakic, nitrotech...all great stuff from those guys).
