Directions:
As an adult dietary supplement, take three (3) HALODROL® MT tablets (MyoTABS™) orally once a day approximately one (1) hour before training. HALODROL® MT should always be taken with either a meal containing carbohydrates, a carbohydrate drink or juice. Gaspari Nutrition recommends using HALODROL® MT for a 40-60 day cycle in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise regimen in order to experience maximal results with this product. Not intended for use by persons under 40. On non-training days (for advanced users only), take 3 HALODROL® MT tablets once per day with food at approximately the same time of day as you would on training days. After 40 to 60 days of continuous use, a 30 day cessation period is recommended. After completing a cycle of HALODROL® MT, most users go right on to use Gaspari Nutrition’s Novedex® XT for 4 to 8 weeks before returning to their next cycle of HALODROL® MT.
