Directions: As a dietary supplement, take up to 10 capsules 30 minutes prior to training.
Alternately you may begin with 6-8 capsules 30 minutes prior to training and adjust dosage according to desired level of training intensity. Always consume Predator with at least 12 oz of water and continue to hydrate throughout your workout.
On non-training days, take 3-5 capsules in the morning and 3-5 capsules in the evening preferably with meals.
